I would put a mirror into the lid and maybe utilize other parts of the chassis for hidden chambers like they do with Swiss army knives. For example: needles, tweezers knife blades etc. Perhaps build the compass into the lid to make it more stable.
About 20 years ago I had a tobacco tin that used to keep sliding off my leg when I was making a smoke, so my Dad stuck a piece of leather onto the bottom and that solved that problem. Maybe if the bottom of the container was roughed up a bit in a cross hatch weave pattern it would stop it having the same problem. With regards to the sealing of it. A thin raised lip built into the main compartment and a receiver channel built into the lid would probably solve that reasonably easily.
I briefly studied Product Design so I have an interest in things like this. If I built a SketchUp model of it, it would be easier to explain my ideas.
Anyway its a good idea and I love the idea of the fire cordage, never heard of that before!

Oh, you could also attach a small fixed blade knife to the outside of the box, like a neck knife.

Very cool idea! Only thing I'd say is try to make the box maybe a half an inch to an inch bigger as well as making the box more waterproof.

Magnifier (in case the lighter fails), small sharp knife or a Swiss army knife including Philips and flat head screwdriver, long nail to make holes, and fishing line. to tie around a branch that can be used as a fishing pole.

A friendly suggestion….Less talk in the intro, please! Your intro is a bit over 5 minutes (before you start showing the product) and, as a broadcasting rule, intros should be limited to 10 seconds or a max of 15 secs! You're producing a product showcasing video not a news or talk show. It just takes you too long to get to the nitty gritty of the cause most of us landed on your video. Thanks. .

Nice try/attempt but I will stick to the tobacco type sealed and ranger banded tins 🙂 They are less expensive, lighter, more versatile and you can get more in them

I'd recess the ferro rod/ compass into the side and top, respectively. Striker attached to the neck cord. If the big glow in the dark was on the outside it would at least have a chance of being charged by sun/firelight, and turned around to see the inside contents. A few carabiner loops never hurt.

Oh yea on a side note, as an American if you do put the Union Jack on it and there isn't some tea and sugar inside I'd be a little sad.

If it was deeper you could add an emergency blanket, and it needs a bag for a container. A fishing/sewing kit would be nice with some heavy duty nylon thread. The 6 feet of string would go fast because you'd be using it for multiple purposes. I also if they printed a clip on the side of the container to slide the ferro rod into, it would free up a bit more space.
It's that mix of making it a bit bigger but not too big I guess.

it needs to be bigger, no need to totally redesign, just scale it up a bit. It needs at least a garbage bag if not an emergency blanket for a vapor barrier. Its got fishing lure but I didn't see a hook or proper line. There is a lot of stress given to making fire and could use a full size compass. There's no blade in there. Something I see over and over is there is no waterproof bag that could double as a water container.

Maybe a couple of Tubes of Peanut Butter. Its not much, but it can be a morale booster, and a little bit of instant energy. You could also easily fit a Couple of Cable ties in there, useful for all sorts of things, and maybe a space blanket (for what it's worth).

Thread and fishing line could be wound along with the cord taking up no room at all, also a couple of small hooks pushed into the lure?

Lot of bulk in the container that doesn't equate to internal storage. You also can't cook/boil in a plastic container. The kit itself is lacking a lot of standard survival tin items (like a signal mirror, water bag etc).  It also doesn't appear it would be water resistant? I also wonder how rugged it is as far as breakage? I'll stick with a decent container like a SOLKOA  tin.
