Nice kit and Maxpedition add on. I would personally be a little more fire oriented, maybe some Vaseline soaked cotton balls. Also, I would mount your add on kit so that it unzips from the top. That way, you can open it without having to take it off your belt, preventing the contents from falling to the ground when you unzip it. Not nitpicking, just what I would do. With the add on, you really have a one tool option, or at least close. Good thinking.

OK, I know what Paracord is, but what the heck is Para shoot cord? What gives? Pretty neat little package though. Kitty thinks so too.

not too bad a sheath mod but a couple suggestions here that in my humble opinion would possibly help ya……..turn the pouch around so that when the knife is strapped to your side and ya want to open the pouch everything doesn't fall out(when closed, zipper pull up), and if you are into the magnesium bar thing get rid of that crappy coughlans bar and get a doans, there is no substitute. the ferro rods come loose from the coughlans and the mag is not near as good as a doans, further those matches need to be replaced with storm proof ones… try U.S.T. and for gods sake get a good ferro rod and a gallon size freezer bag in there(water carrying) that cool bk-7 has a nice 90 degree spine and will strike a ferro rod well. just a few suggestions that i hope will help you in the future:)

This is the best small kit I have seen . I would suggest adding one of those emergency blankets if there is room. Can you list some of your suppliers. I heard you mention them but the names were not clear. Great video.

looks quite good, I would add a tweezers and a pen (for example the small space pen and or a pencil) togehter with a few pcs of paper to write on (water resistent "paper"). This will add nearly no space and weight and will fit into your pocket

    good video….

other than a knife fight with a person or animal, what is a situation where you would want to have a knife strapped to your hand?

if you are up a tree or up high where you can fall, you definitely do not want an unsheathed knife strapped to you.

Can't believe nobody saw this one mistake. Turn the cocoon bag so it opens from the top.If that ring catches on anything all contents will spill out.Otherwise great system, narrow profile and more room than typical sharpening stone pouches have

Very nice set-up. My cat also loves to play with zip-ties. I've been looking for a good sized "survival knife", and now I think I found one. Thanks. Peace.
