In this video I am joined by some very special guests. Lee turner of the Jefferson City Fire Department gives C.E.R.T. training to our local community and Eastern Tennessee preppers. Kevin and Amie O’Brien join me on the video also. We were featured together of Doomsday Preppers Season 2 in the episode called: In the hurt locker. In this video I will talk about what C.E.R.T. is and why you should take it. You will see some of the pictures and footage of our training and especially the search and rescue training portion at the end of the video. I would encourage everyone to take the training and become better prepared to help your community if disaster strikes. Whether it is the 7
Trumpets of Revelation, a natural disaster or etc. we need to be prepared. To find out more about C.E.R.T. you can click the link below

Thank you very much for this informative video – it clarified what is involved in CERT training.

Hello, I'm also a fellow graduate of the CERT program from Los Angeles, CA. I wanted to thank you for the wonderful video that you have posted. I was in fact looking for another cert video to announce to my church congregation about the CERT program. the introdu ring a bell and I was not sure if I got it right until you mentioned the Bible that's when I knew. Unfortunately I cannot use your video because the Los Angeles CERT program teaches with different topics possibly because we're more prone to earthquakes but you did help me by providing Bible verses that will help me to inspire the point across. Such as the books Matthew, Luke and Revelations from the Bible.

Great video, I am CERT certified, graduated last year in Los Angeles, CA. I was looking for videos to post for my next announcement at church and I came across your video. Unfortunately I cannot use this video because it differs from Los Angeles CERT curriculum. But you did help me with the Bible, from books such as Matthew, Luke, and revelations. Which will help to inspire my point.

I just finished the basic cert course and I agree everyone so inclined should do this. Even if you never intend to go out and help in a disaster situation don't you want to know what to if your child or the neighbors child falls out of a tree… breathing, blood loss, shock …… or would you rather stand around helpless with no idea what you need to do except call 911. Cert training does not obligate you to travel to foreign lands but it does prepare you and after that you will be inclined to to help out the community with your skills and wear that really cool helmet.

I was in the first CERT team formed in Hart County, Kentucky in December 2012.  I learned so much from that, that I joined the American Red Cross Disaster Assessment Team  and then the Hart County Search & Rescue Squad.  All I want to do is help others in their time of need.  I had already been getting things together before I saw you videos.  So now that I have seen them i am in overdrive to be ready for the coming of the Lord.  Thank you for opening MY EYES!  GOD BLESS YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO!
