i really enjoyed this video! you seem to be one of the few who actually use the items instead of just buying them and posting a video about the items.

Very nicely done. That is quite a haul for $10! Loved seeing the theory meet practical application. Field-testing your kit showed real chops. Well done!

are you from Pennsylvania cause you said crick instead of creek. That is really popular in southwestern Pennsylvania (where I am from).

Good job for $10, but I would never go into the woods without the best knife and the best ax . Plus there has to be something better than oatmeal to eat, like beef jerky and dried fruit.

Who couldn't survive out in the woods for 24 hours with or without these B.S. "survival" kits? So stupid. I can survive out in the woods for 24 hours with nothing but the clothes on my back. I could make it a cozy stay out there for $3 or under.

Great stuff!! A fantastic demonstration of how important skills, common sense and hard work are. Winced when you were batoning with that knife but you managed to keep it together! Conserve what you have, great common sense.

Unlike the other people that did this challenge, you actually used the kit instead of just saying what you bought, because that is lame. Good job!

I think for the blankets it would have been just a better idea to use 1 garbage bag like a sleeping bag.
